What You’ll Be Doing

Grow your accounts: Manage and grow a select customer base through smart planning and relationship-building.

Be a trusted advisor: Understand your clients’ needs and align Jotun’s solutions to help them succeed.

Own your impact: Hit your sales targets using Jotun’s proven tools and strategies.

Stay connected: Promote our products through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with key stakeholders.

Solve real problems: Tackle technical and commercial challenges to keep projects on track and customers happy.

Drive innovation: Introduce new products and ideas to help clients stay ahead of the curve.

Keep it smooth: Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances with professionalism and care.

What You'll Bring

1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome!)

A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for building relationships

Experience in coatings, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus

Knowledge of Powder Coatings is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker

Willingness to travel and connect with clients across QLD

Based in Australia with full working rights
