Specialty Coffee Supervisor / Lead (Woolgoolga)

Project Pony is a specialty coffee bar built on hard work, free spirits and the belief that you can chase your dreams while still remembering to enjoy the ride! We are seeking an experienced specialty coffee professional to lead our small but high-performing team in Woolgoolga. This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, bringing robust specialty coffee skills, leadership experience and genuine warmth to hospitality. You understand it’s not just about coffee, but how you make people feel. You care on the busy days, the slow days and most importantly, when no one is watching. We are looking for someone who is calm, highly capable operationally and naturally aligned with our values and culture. You’ll work on the bar alongside the team, lead day-to-day service, help grow and refine the team’s core skills, uphold high standards and contribute to a welcoming, community-driven space just metres from the surf.
