**Date**:11 Oct 2024**Location**:Woolloomooloo, NSW, AU, 2011**Company**:Ventia- Ventia is currently delivering long-term road network maintenance contracts to authorities across Australia.For our motorways and tunnel clients, we provide asset maintenance for pavements, structures, mechanical ventilation, fire maintenance systems, as well as facilities management services, including cleaning.- Looking for a maintenance manager with Civil background and sound incident reporting experience to ensure that the Project is delivered within the guidelines of Ventia standard business practices and that it meets contractual obligations.**What you’ll be doing**

**Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring that the assets working as per the design for motorways and tunnels
- Schedule maintenance activities to meet client’s timelines
- Contribute to the provision of regular operational updates
- Support a culture of “Safety & Health above all else” and environmental responsibility by adhering compliance with all company policies and procedures

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or construction-related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in asset management and internal reporting
- Technical know-how and accountability for results in a similar size business
