Ongoing | Full-time | Woolloomooloo The Outdoor Media Association (OMA) is looking for a proactive and organised Membership Coordinator to support member services, events and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys variety, working with people and helping a small team run smoothly. At OMA, we represent and advocate for Australia’s Out of Home (OOH) media industry. You’ll join a collaborative team and play an important support role in helping members and stakeholders stay connected, informed and well supported. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Marketing & Communications, this role supports member services, events and day-to-day office operations across the business. Member Services & Stakeholder Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for member and stakeholder enquiries, including welcoming guests to the office.
- Support member services across OMA and MOVE and contribute to a positive member experience.
- Coordinate member onboarding, including welcome communications, systems access and contact records.
- Assist with member communications, newsletters, surveys and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate member and stakeholder records in CRM systems, including HubSpot. Events & Industry Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of events, training sessions, board meetings and member forums.
- Coordinate event logistics such as invitations, registrations, venues, catering and attendee communications.
- Provide on-the-day support for events and industry activities. Office & Business Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration, including supplies and supplier relationships.
- Assist with reports, presentations and other business documents as needed.
- Support OMA advertising copy approvals and maintain accurate records. Essential requirements We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working across member services, events and administration.
- Experience in administration, customer service, membership, events or a similar support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; CRM experience such as HubSpot is a bonus.
- A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach.
- Ability to work 100% onsite. Desirable
- Experience supporting events, member organisations or industry associations.
- Experience with CRM systems, databases or email marketing platforms.
- An interest in advertising, communications or working in a member-based organisation. You’ll be a great fit if you’re
