FRONT OF HOUSE / MEMBER EXPERIENCE ROLE (Woolloomooloo)

Join Soultrain — Sydney’s Hybrid Performance Training Centre for HYROX Athletes We’re looking for an energetic, caring, and highly organised Front of House team member to help deliver an exceptional experience for every person who walks through the doors at Soultrain. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves people, health, fitness, and creating positive experiences. You’ll be the face of Soultrain — welcoming members, supporting the community, helping operations run smoothly, and ensuring the facility always feels premium, professional, and high-energy. THE ROLE Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the facility
- Welcoming and checking in members
- Assisting walk-in inquiries and recent leads
- Membership and client management
- Supporting client retention systems
- Celebrating member milestones and birthdays
- Light cleaning and resetting of:
- Gym floor
- Ride room
- Recovery space
- Laundry and towel management
- Helping maintain a high-standard member experience
- Supporting coaches and daily operations WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Essential Qualities
