Our customers like to deal with real people so you won’t have a script you will need to rely on your natural empathy coupled with your professional Customer Service skills.

To be successful in this role you need to have previous Customer Service Skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Taking calls from Customers, while entering into the customer service platform

Ability to work during the week (Monday
- Friday)

Excellent technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs at one time

Passion for delivering positive outcomes for Customers

Explicit communicator with a friendly and professional approach

Enthusiastic Team Player who values diversity

Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus
