**About the Position**: About Smiles Circular Quay is currently searching for a Full Time Practice Manager / Patient Concierge to join our team. This will be a dual role where you are heavily involved with guiding the patient through the treatment process as well as Practice Manager duties.

We are a brand new modern practice right in the heart of the Sydney CBD with state of the art technology. **At it's core, this role is about**:

- Delivering exceptional patient care
- guiding the patient through the process, talking them through payment plan options and ensuring the patient has that "wow" experience
- Supporting the practitioners ensuring schedule is efficiently managed to maximize their productivity
- Being engaged with the systems and processes in the practice
- Day to day running of the practice
