You’ll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety of Customer issues using empathy, understanding and problem-solving. You love a challenge and have the resilience to turn an unhappy Customer into our biggest fan.

Our customers like to deal with real people so you won’t have a script you will need to rely on your natural empathy coupled with your qualified Customer Service skills.

To be successful in this role you need to have previous Customer Service Skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Taking calls from Customers, while entering into the customer service platform

Ability to work during the week (Monday
- Friday)

Excellent technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs at one time

Passion for delivering positive outcomes for Customers

Clear communicator with a friendly and qualified approach

Enthusiastic Team Player who values diversityAbility to work under pressure and maintain focus
