**Your Hotel
- Ovolo Woolloomooloo**

Ovolo Woolloomooloo is the brand's flagship Australian hotel, located in Sydney's idyllic harbourside suburb of... (dramatic drum roll) Woolloomooloo. Nestled in the heart of the popular wharf precinct, a short walk to the city's central business district, the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of much-loved dining and nightlife options. Ovolo Woolloomooloo features 100 guest rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, meeting rooms and events spaces, a swimming pool, and Alibi Bar & Kitchen (100% plant-based).

**The Gig**

Ovolo Hotels is on the search for a **Night Manager** to come on-board and join our team! In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of operations of the Front Office and Hotel Operations on a nightly basis. You will be the first point of contact for all guests over night to assist with any queries whilst providing them with that 5-star service they deserve! This is a **Full-Time** gig and will require full availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Checking in and out guests
- Attending to all guest queries
- Preparing and checking end of day reports, audit reporting and statistical information in accordance with service standards and procedures
- Incorporate safety and security of the hotel and all staff & guests. Responding to emergency situations
- Supervise night audit team and ensure assistance is provided where needed
- Represent senior management in their absence

**About you**

To be considered for this role, you will have previous night manager experience, or several years night auditing experience looking to take the next step in your career. You will have a friendly and approachable personality that will surely make any guest feel right at home. Multi-tasking and communication skills will be your absolute superpower as well being a night owl. A police check will be required to be successful in this role.
