Restaurant Manager – Fire & Flour
Fire & Flour Davistown is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our busy waterfront Italian restaurant.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume venue renowned for great food, exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front and can confidently manage and inspire a large team.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager at Fire & Flour Davistown, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and play a major role in driving service standards, team culture and overall business performance.
Your responsibilities will include Leading and managing a large front of house team Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards Recruitment, rostering and staff development Training and mentoring team members Supporting business performance and operational targets Managing daily service operations and ensuring smooth execution Creating a positive team culture built around hospitality and teamwork Leading from the floor with confidence and energy
About You To succeed in this role you will: Have previous Restaurant Management experience in a busy hospitality environment minimum 5 years Be confident managing and leading large teams Have excellent communication and leadership skills Thrive in fast-paced services and remain calm under pressure Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Have a genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience Lead by example with a hands-on approach Have strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Word, pos systems Be confident with qualified email correspondence Hold a current RSA Hold a current Food Handlers Certificate Have cocktail experience The Perks Market-market-competitive salary package Great tips Staff food & beverage discounts Career progression opportunities Ongoing training and development Work alongside a passionate and energetic team Waterfront location with an exciting and vibrant atmosphere
