- Develop detailed Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) to ensure safe traffic flow around worksites.
- Manage and Supervise Traffic Planners
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to minimise risks.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for traffic management plans.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor traffic management plans and adapt strategies as required.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on best practices and innovative approaches to traffic management and road safety. Skills and Experience
- QLD TMD Qualification
- NSW PWZTMP Qualification – Desirable but not essential.
- Driver's license and construction white card.
- Experience with RapidPlan and Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years of Traffic Industry experience.
- Road Safety Auditor competency – Desirable but not essential.
- Experience in construction traffic staging.
- Knowledge and experience in Risk Assessment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
