**Primary Role**:Your primary daily tasks will revolve around providing an exceptional sales experience for inbound leads, listening and tailoring solutions to new and existing businesses in the field.
Through the industry knowledge you gain through your day-to-day conversations and direct customer feedback, you will be able to provide feedback to management for future product development and business potential.
- **Main Objectives**_
- Network and build a community with our existing and new customer base.
- Gain customer feedback and provide to marketing and product development departments, and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Receive Inbound Leads
- Answer Customer FAQs
- Monitor Online E-commerce Webstore
- Interact and engage on behalf of our Social Media
