Painting (Manor Lakes)

SSDEOL ENTERPRISES is seeking a skilled full-time Painter to paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings, houses, Warehouses and other surfaces. Your job will be important as valuable painting has both practical and aesthetic benefits.

An excellent painter is knowledgeable in selecting the right material for their job. They have experience in painting with various tools, heights, and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.

The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work.

Skills and Experience: 1. Setting up scaffolding and ladders and laying down protective drop sheets to prevent paint splatter.

2. Creating surfaces by stripping old paint and wallpaper, repairing woodwork, filling in holes and cracks, and roll on texture painting.

3. Choosing and mixing paints to the desired colors by blending pigment, oil, and thinning and drying agents.

5.Follow instructions, but willing to provide open and honest input for task improvement.

6. Cleaning tools and work areas.

7. Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

8. Calculate costs and negotiate prices.

9. Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.

10. Identification, safe handling and appropriate disposal of paints, stains, preparatory and undercoating materials, and other hazardous materials.

11. Willing to grow with the company and oversee a team and apprentices

Qualification: Fully Qualified Painter (must have trade qualification)

Minimum 4 years commercial painting experience required

Must have got EWP Tickets( Boom lift and Scissors lift) 11 metre or above. Working at Heights ticket highly regarded
