The Role

As Supervisor, youâll take charge of residential builds across the bayside/ eastern suburbs of Brisbane, managing homes from site start through to handover.

Youâll coordinate and oversee trades, maintain site safety and compliance, and deliver homes on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Solid communication with clients, head office, and trades is key, and your ability to solve problems on the spot will keep jobs moving smoothly.

Requirements What Weâre Looking For

- Minimum 3â5 yearsâ experience supervising residential construction

- Trade background or QBCC licence highly regarded

- Strong knowledge of QBCC requirements, WHS, and compliance

- Experience running multiple homes at once within time and budget

- Confidence with Onsite Companion and other digital site management tools

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers
