Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Storeperson / Driver to join our team in Hemmant.

This is a varied and physically active role where you’ll be involved in day-to-day warehouse operations, with occasional local deliveries to customers.

If you enjoy practical work, being part of a supportive team, and are looking for long-term stability — this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately

Receiving, checking, and organising incoming stock

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse

Assisting with stock control and inventory management

Completing occasional local deliveries when required

Operating warehouse equipment (where applicable) Working closely with a small, supportive team

Qualifications

We prioritise attitude, reliability, and a solid work ethic over perfect experience.

Ideally, you will have:

A current driver’s licence

A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

Valuable physical fitness (manual handling and lifting required) A positive, team-focused approach

A commitment to safety and following procedures

The ability to work independently and use initiative

A forklift licence

Experience in warehouse, labouring, delivery, or trade roles (preferred but not essential)
