Due to continued growth and a solid pipeline of work, we are offering an immediate start for experienced Mechanical Fitters based at Hemmant in Brisbane. If you take pride in quality workmanship, work in a team, and want solid hours with excellent pay, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

· Installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.

· Fault finding and breakdown repairs.

· Repair and refurbishment of pumps, valves, coolers, heat exchangers, drive shafts, gearboxes, winches, bulk handling equipment and more.

· Shutdown and maintenance work.

· Reading and interpreting technical drawings.

· Working safely and efficiently to meet deadlines.

· Maintain a high standard of workmanship.

What we are looking for:

· Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter.

· Solid fitting experience.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Reliable, hardworking and safety focused.

· A team player, you can work on your own or in a team.

· Current driver licence.

· White Card.

· Trade certifications highly regarded.
