General Labourer (Casual) (Hemmant)

We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join our production team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves working with timber, to assist with the manufacture of crates and pallets for domestic and export transport. You will be an important part of a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely carry, lift and move timber and other materials.
- Operate basic cutting tools and power tools ie pneumatic nail guns equipment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with pneumatic nail guns
- a bonus.
- Assist production team in the construction of timber crates and pallets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour, in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- on the job training.
- Basic experience with hand tools and timber cutting is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to safe work practices.

Pay: $33.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
