**About The Role**: **ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)**, is currently seeking a **Customer Service Officer** to join the high performing team at our **Hemmant**branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer and sales experience.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday between 6:30am
- 4:30pm, working on a rolling shift roster pattern.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Trouble shooting customer sales queries and answering any questions
- Upselling and providing quotes to customers
- Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasing
We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
**You will also have**:
- Experience in a similar customer service role
- The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
- Team player and can multi-task well
