Description
We are seeking a casual Administrator Assistant to join our specialist electrical contracting business to assist with office duties including:
- Liaising with staff/clients/suppliers regarding purchase orders
- Liaise with staff regarding schedules
- Phone calls outgoing and incoming
- General ADHOC, clerical and other duties as required
- SimPRO platform utilised in business
- experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Maintenance and up-keep of safety systems and business compliance for clients
Currently requiring minimum 10-15 hours per week with potential to increase.
Role will be flexible around business requirements. It may suit someone wanting to work school hours or student seeking versatile working arrangements.
Position is home office based while transitioning to commercial premises.

Pay: $30.00
- $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- SimPRO Software or similar CRM: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
