General Labourer Casual Hemmant

We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join our production team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves working with timber, to assist with the manufacture of crates and pallets for domestic and export transport. You will be an important part of a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Safely carry, lift and move timber and other materials.

Operate basic cutting tools and power tools ie pneumatic nail guns equipment.

Extensive hands-on experience with pneumatic nail guns
- a bonus.

Assist production team in the construction of timber crates and pallets.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Requirements

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour, in a quick-paced setting.

Ability to work well in a team workplace.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- on the job training.

Basic experience with hand tools and timber cutting is desirable but not essential.

Commitment to safe work practices.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
