Your role will include:
• Supporting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio management
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and routine inspections
• Assisting with lease renewals, arrears and administration
• Providing exceptional customer service

About you:
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Friendly, team-focused attitude
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
