Join Rockfield Painting – A Premium, Family-Owned Brisbane Business Location: Brisbane Bayside / Redlands / South Brisbane Employment Type: Full-time Rockfield Painting is a locally owned, family-run painting business known for high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and treating our clients’ homes with respect. We don’t compete on being the cheapest — we compete on being the best. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for:
- Qualified & experienced painters
- Potential team leaders / leading hands ⭐ What We Offer
- Consistent, steady work (no bouncing between employers)
- Standard Hours: 7am–3pm
- No weekend or public holiday work (unless you want it)
- $40–$50 p/hour Super (depending on your skills)
- Local work – Brisbane Southside, Bayside & Redlands

- High-end finishes and detailed prep
- Professional, well-organized jobs (not rushed chaos)

- Small commercial repaints
- Plastering, preparation, and repairs
- Some work at heights ???? Who We’re Looking For Skilled Painters
- Trade qualified or solid hands-on experience
- Pride in your finish and prep work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team Team Leaders / Future Leaders
- Experience leading or mentoring others (or ready to step up)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to maintain quality and client confidence on site
