About the role We are seeking anenthusiastic and motivated Dispatch Operator to join our team in Gingin, WA. Inthis role, you will be responsible for organising the dispatch of stock in linewith customer requirements whilst also assisting the Pack Shed Supervisor inday-to-day pack shed operations.

- Organise dispatch and truck loading, followingcustomer's requirements and paperwork (including CHEP transfers, dispatchorders and schedules, ICA/31 paperwork, and paperwork for truck drivers)
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly analysis of dispatch, SOH& stock control
- Communicate regularly with Harvest Manager regardingfruit quality, quantity and start time.
- Intake of packaging stock
- trays and punnets (and anyother items)
- Intakeof picked product coming through to packshed
- Ensure all invoicing is completed for seconds sales
- Ensure all end ofmonth stock take tasks arecompleted
- Ensure all stickers and labels are printed and placedon correct pallets ready for pick up
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of packingperformance and wastage
- Assist the pack line and employeemonitoringwhilst the pack lines are in operation
- Assist Pack Shed Supervisor when/if required and workpart of the pack shed team
- Ensure WHS and QA standards are always adhered to About You
- Experience in dispatch operations

- Working knowledge of cool room management
- Experience or a keen interest in the horticulture andproduce industry.

- Awareness and respect for compliance, food safety, andquality assurance requirements
