What are we looking for?

We are looking for a venue manager skilled with experience in training a team with measurable results. Someone who leads their team by example, empowers people to grow and support them to become leaders.

Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality management in high revenue venues.

Robust leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.

Excellent financial management capabilities.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with the training manager to deliver and record training with a focus on in-service and in-venue training.

A thorough understanding of our industry compliance requirements.

Ability to lead by example and promote our company values.

High level of integrity and accountability.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proactive and cutting-edge mindset.
