We are seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Support Worker for Home Care, providing compassionate care to our elderly clients as if they were family.

About Us:

Trinder Park Home Care, based in Woodridge, supports older members of the community to stay in their own home for longer. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We take pride in our mission to deliver person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and a sense of belonging. Trinder Park Home Care is set on 50 acres neighbouring the Karawatha Forest and is within minutes of Logan Central. This will be your base for working in the local community.

About The Role:

Provide support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming and dressing

Support clients with shopping, light domestic tasks or getting to appointments

Provide social and emotional support, all while building excellent relationships

We have Part time (minimum of 25 hours per fortnight) and Casual (15 hours per fortnight) shifts available.

About You:

Use your Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience to enhance the mental end emotional wellbeing of our clients

Share your communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care plans are in place

With your care and compassion, build meaningful relationships and provide personalised care that truly makes a difference
