Join our KinCare team in Brisbane South as a Home Care Worker. You will make a difference in the lives of our customers by providing essential care and support.

Key Responsibilities Domestic assistance – cleaning homes to keep them secure and comfortable. Meal preparation and shopping support. Assistance with medication management. Personal care such as helping clients get up, shower, and dress. Physical assistance and safe transport to lifestyle activities and appointments. Respite care providing emotional support and companionship. Provide advanced care for clients with high care needs, including dementia.

Qualifications Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing. Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role that includes personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication handling. Current P2 class or higher Australian driver's licence and a registered vehicle; travel is part of the role. Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and seek manager assistance when needed.
