Site Operations Supervisor (West Melbourne)

Continuing our partnership with a data centre delivery industry leader seeking a Site Operations Supervisor **Your new company** Seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of large‑scale data‑centre projects. This position is responsible for overseeing on‑site logistics, managing materials and stock, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that all site activities align with contractual obligations and project requirements. The role will act as an interface between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintaining high standards of compliance, safety, and quality. **Your new role**
- Manage all on‑site materials, equipment, and consumables, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
- Coordinate incoming deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure materials are stored correctly and safely.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and avoid shortages or delays.
- Implement and maintain site logistics plans, including laydown areas, storage zones, and delivery routes
- Ensure all site activities comply with contractual requirements, project specifications, and client expectations.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and verify that work aligns with agreed scopes and standards.
- Support the project team in identifying and managing variations, non‑conformances, and compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery dockets, inspection records, and compliance reports.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in site supervision, site coordination, or operations roles within electrical construction, or data‑centre environments.
- Solid understanding of site logistics, materials management, and delivery coordination.
- Ability to interpret project documentation, scopes of work, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑security, or technically complex project environments.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
