We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you. ✨About your current role:✨ In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff-to-student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. ✨Key Responsibilities✨
- Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
- Bring your creativity, energy & personality to the program
- Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
- Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.

- Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
- High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality
- Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification. (Desirable)
- Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in your relevant state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
- National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
- Required Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your relevant state
- Availability requirements: 2:00pm-6:30pm & Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
