Work Health & Safety Advisor (Yarraville)

The **Work Health & Safety Business Partner** will take charge of WHSE for Operations, Manufacturing, and Logistics across Victoria, with support to Tasmania. This hands-on role is key to embedding a high-performance safety culture that enhances operational efficiency and sustainability.

**What You'll Do**:

- Champion WHSE initiatives and drive a culture of proactive incident reporting.
- Collaborate with site teams to implement risk reduction plans and uphold CSR standards.
- Lead continuous improvement, streamlining processes for maximum safety and compliance.
- Partner with leaders on incident investigations and ensure timely, effective action.
- Oversee Return to Work (RTW) programs for safe employee reintegration.
- Travel required between our main manufacturing sites in Scoresby, Yarraville, and various Vic sites.

**About You**:

- Proven WHSE experience across multiple sites, ideally in high-risk sectors.
- Skilled communicator, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Track record in achieving Health, Safety, and Environment goals.
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
