About the role:
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances and are passionate about supporting clients to re-integrate back into the community. You will be providing 1:1 assistance in daily living skills in our newly established SIL accommodations within the western region.

What are we looking for?
Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
Prefer applicants who have experience supporting clients with addiction/mental health
Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)
Willingness to support clients with medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.
Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
Must be available during evening hours.
Mandatory Requirement -
Valid Victorian Driver’s License
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
Manual Handling certificate
Medication Administration certificate
Victorian Working with Children’s Check
National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
