Retail Butcher Seddon

We are looking for a passionate, precision-focused Shop Butcher to join our team. If you take pride in the "craft" of butchery—from nose-to-tail processing to providing expert cooking advice to customers—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Value-Added Prep: Crafting house-made sausages, marinated meats, and burgers. Customer Service: Engaging with locals, taking custom orders, and recommending cuts or cooking techniques. Inventory & Safety: Maintaining strict hygiene standards (HACCP), monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper cold storage. Merchandising: Creating attractive window and counter displays that showcase our premium products. Whole Muscle Breakdown: Precision cutting, bone-in and boneless fabrication of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.

What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail or industrial butchery. Personality: A friendly, "can-do" attitude with a passion for high-quality food along with a desire to learn more

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
