Senior Educator (Bangalee)

Senior Educator – Early Childhood Location: Southern region, NSW (all centres within NSW Southern region) Salary Range: $39.85–$45.25 per hour + superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience. Employment Type: Full time Permanent. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
- Lead a classroom effectively, engaging educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
- Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high‑quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
- Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans. Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
