The role:

Reporting to the State Retail Manager, you’ll be accountable for driving sales, profit and customer experience across your store.

You’ll take the lead on:


- Delivering sales, margin and operating profit in line with targets
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving customer engagement and conversion on the showroom floor
- Building robust relationships with both retail and trade customers
- Ensuring consistent execution of brand, safety and operational standards This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front and set the standard.
