About the Role This is a hands‐on role working across a range of rendering and solid plastering jobs. We're looking for someone with solid industry experience who can work efficiently, maintain high standards, and contribute positively to the team. You'll be involved in: Base coat and topcoat application Texture coating and finishing Site preparation and clean-up Working within ARK Rendering's quality standards and processes Supporting apprentices where required What We're Looking For Proven experience inrendering, solid plastering and texture coating Experience withVenetian plaster and microcementis an advantage, but not essential Reliable, respectful and honest, with pride in producing high‐quality work Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Able to work independently, solve problems and use initiative Willingness to take feedback and continue improving Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Able to perform in a fast‐paced, physically demanding environment Currentopen driver's licence CurrentWhite Card Willingness to relocate toYeppoonif needed (support available for the right person) What You Get Full‐time steady workacross residential and commercial jobs Laid‐back coastal living- 4x4, fishing, beaches, great for families Small crewwith a positive culture
