Plant Operator/Labourer (Yeppoon)

The Role Are you passionate about working outdoors, operating machinery, and contributing to the development of your community? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Plant Operator / Labourer to join our dedicated Rural Operations team at The Caves. As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you’ll be responsible for a variety of plant operation, including regular use of a roller and labouring tasks that support the construction and maintenance of Council’s infrastructure assets. This is a hands-on role where your skills and experience will directly contribute to the safety, functionality, and appearance of our community. - To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to competently and safely operate a roller;
- Construction Industry Induction (White Card); and
