ARK Rendering is looking for an experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our growing team in Yeppoon, Queensland.

We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and a good attitude.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role working across a range of rendering and solid plastering jobs. We’re looking for someone with solid industry experience who can work efficiently, maintain high standards, and contribute positively to the team.

You'll be involved in:

Base coat and topcoat application

Texture coating and finishing

Site preparation and clean-up

Working within ARK Rendering’s quality standards and processes

Supporting apprentices where required

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in rendering, solid plastering and texture coating

Experience with Venetian plaster and microcement is an advantage, but not essential

Reliable, respectful and honest, with pride in producing high‑quality work

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Able to work independently, solve problems and use initiative

Willingness to take feedback and continue improving

Robust work ethic and a positive attitude

Able to perform in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment

Current open driver’s licence

Current White Card

Willingness to relocate to Yeppoon if needed (support available for the right person )
