Renderer / Solid Plasterer Wanted (Yeppoon)

Join ARK Rendering: ARK Rendering is looking for an experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our growing team in Yeppoon, Queensland. We're after someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and a good attitude. About the Role This is a hands‑on role working across a range of rendering and solid plastering jobs. Responsibilities
- Base coat and topcoat application
- Texture coating and finishing
- Site preparation and clean‑up
- Work within ARK Rendering's quality standards and processes
- Support apprentices where required Qualifications
- Proven experience in rendering, solid plastering and texture coating
- Experience with Venetian plaster and microcement is an advantage, but not essential
- Current White Card
- Current open driver's licence
- Reliable, respectful, honest, with pride in producing high‑quality work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and use initiative
- Willingness to take feedback and continue improving
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to relocate to Yeppoon if needed (support available for the right person) Perks
