Customer Service Representative (Yorketown)

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work with our client in Automotive Industry.

- $38 per hour + Super

- Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Roster: Monday to Saturday (No Sundays)
- most likely Tuesday to Saturday
- Full training provided on your first shift About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to support a high‑volume delivery period within a leading automotive environment. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll combine front‑of‑house customer service, administrative support, and delivery coordination to ensure customers have a seamless and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver a premium, friendly experience
- Provide guidance on basic product features and functionality
- Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
- Assist with vehicle staging and preparation for handover
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checks
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Assist with movement of vehicles, including trade‑ins and used vehicles About You You are a confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, team environment. You bring:
- Skilled presentation and a positive attitude
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A proactive, team‑oriented approachReliability and flexibility across rostered shifts
