- We are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

- ** About the role**
- As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.
- ** Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store
- Provide a great training experience of onboarding team members
- Monitor stock levels and product wastage
- Managing deliveries
- Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store
- Rostering
- Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience ** Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality
- Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary
- Ability to lead a team environment
- Great communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment
