Production Operator (Ardrossan)

**About the role**: **Location Requirement**
- Applicants must either **reside in or be willing to relocate to Ardrossan or the surrounding local area**.

Starting on Day Shift, you will transition to a Day Shift/Night Shift roster upon completion of training. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in various mining operations, including:

- Operating machinery in a mining environment
- Drill and blast activities
- Crushing, screening, and shipping products to customer specifications
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Troubleshooting and rectifying operational issues

This role may also involve **heavy lifting, manual labour, minor maintenance tasks, and participation in competency-based training programs**.

We are searching for motivated individuals who are passionate about working safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

**Essential qualities**:

- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to site procedures
- Initiative, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to work hard
- Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently

**Desirable experience**:

- Operation of **Rigid Dump Trucks (RDT), Front End Loaders (FEL), fixed plant, and blasthole drills** will be highly regarded
