An exciting prospect has opened for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to lead the team at our duo‑branded site in Brooklyn Park.

Working across both our Boost Juice and Salsas Fresh Mex brands, you will ensure the smooth and effective operation of the site. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will contribute to cultivating the vibrant culture within the team, fostering a positive setting, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

So what experience are we looking for in an Assistant Manager? Management experience in either the Retail or Hospitality industry Strong interpersonal & coaching skills Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends. Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit Able to lead a passionate team Ability to work autonomously Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time! Able to problem solve and in a fast-paced & dynamic workplace A positive and fun attitude. Motivating your team to promote our values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience.
