Responsibilities Protect and maximise revenue inflow through effective credit management and cash collection practices Work closely with teams across the business to minimise customer default risk and maximise debt recovery outcomes Support Credit Management by ensuring visibility of credit issues and escalating process or trading terms non‑compliance Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency Maintain accurate customer data, including credit limit reviews and credit application compliance
