- Part-Time Customer Service Representative**

We’re currently looking for a **Part-Time Customer Service Representative** to join our team.

**About the Role**

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Processing orders, sales adjustments, and product enquiries
- Providing basic sales and parts advice
- Assisting walk-in customers in-store
- Liaising with suppliers to meet customer needs
- Completing general administrative tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Solid literacy, attention to detail, and computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Friendly, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Reliable transport
- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- Knowledge of motorcycles or motorcycle parts (highly regarded but not essential)

- 5:00 pm)

Pay: $30.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20
- 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Inbound call: 1 year (preferred)
