**About the Role**: As a **Telemarketer**, your primary focus is **lead generation
- no direct sales required**.
- **Dedicated Lead Generation Role**
- Identify and generate leads for our sales team.
- **Step Up to Sales**
- Applicants eager to **learn sales conversion** will be prioritised.
- **Research & Develop Partnerships**
- Call potential partners (real estate, storage, property managers, stylists, etc.) to build relationships.
- **KPI: 30-40 calls per day**
- Quality conversations, not just volume.
- **Base Salary + Performance Incentives

**Who We’re Looking For**: Experience in **Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Outbound Calling**. Solid communicator with confidence on the phone. Motivated to **Develop Sales Skills** and grow into a higher-paying role. Ability to work in a **Fast-paced, Results-driven Environment**.
