We are currently seeking an **experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)** to join our Geebung team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, play-based education aligned with best practice.

**About the Role**

This is an opportunity for a qualified ECT who is confident in their practice and ready to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you will:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development
- Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
- Mentor and support educators, contributing to a positive team culture
- Work closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement

**About You**

You are a committed early childhood professional who takes pride in your work and values reflective practice. You will bring:

- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A minimum of one year post-qualification experience
- Solid knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and quality improvement processes
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Confident communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
- A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education
