About the Role: As a Customer Relations Representative based at our new, modern, and purpose-built head office in Geebung, you'll play a key role within a collaborative and high-performing team that sits at the heart of our operations. This is not a transactional role; it's a broad, fast-paced position where you'll take ownership across multiple functions including field support, order management, returns, master data, and complaint resolution. Our customers extend beyond hospitals. You'll work closely with public and private hospitals, internal departments, and field representatives, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, lasting relationships across every part of the business. Your ability to communicate effectively, take initiative, and deliver solutions-focused support will be essential to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing requests end-to-end from internal and external customers via email, phone, and system-generated workflows
- Act as a key connector between customers, field teams, and internal functions
- Resolve enquiries and support our customers with a solutions-first approach and mindset
- Accurately and efficiently process orders, returns, credits, and data in a regulated industry
- Working across multiple systems and processes with confidence and adaptability
- Prioritise and manage a dynamic workload in a rapid-paced, evolving environment
- Provide cross-functional support across operations, clinical, and education teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Contribute to maintaining Applied Medical’s quality and compliance standards across all activities About You: You're someone who is energised by variety, takes ownership of your work, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. You might come from customer service, operations, logistics, healthcare, retail, or any environment where customer service is fast-paced and involves coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
