About the role We're looking for an organised, people-loving all-rounder to be the friendly voice of Brisbane Jumping Castles and help our marketing shine. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, turn enquiries into bookings, and keep our social media buzzing — all while helping the business run smoothly behind the scenes. What you'll be doing
- Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and social media
- Managing bookings and quotes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Creating and posting content on Facebook and Instagram
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions
- General office administration What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — this one's essential
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Solid administrative and organisational skills
- Experience running social media for a business
- Confidence with computers and digital tools Nice to have
- Canva or design skills
- Google Ads experience
- A creative flair for content and copywriting
- Experience in events, party hire or hospitality What we offer
- Room to grow — starts casual at around 20 hours a week, developing into part-time or full time as we expand
