The Role:

With an opening date of 1st of July 2025;

We are hiring for multiple roles at Flow Physique, ranging from Full-Time Studio Manager, Full-Time Service Assistant, to Part-Time Service Assistants. Each role plays a vital part in ensuring that our clients have a transformative wellness experience. Whether you're leading the team as our Studio Manager or assisting our clients with treatments, you will be at the heart of what makes Flow Physique unique.

Key Responsibilities:
All Roles: Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional approach.


Full-Time Studio Manager: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and ensure all treatments and equipment are running smoothly.


Full-Time & Part-Time Service Assistants: Operate wellness equipment, assist clients with their sessions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepared for the next treatment.


Book appointments, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries.


Give studio tours and help clients understand the benefits of our treatments.


Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including linens and treatment rooms.


Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring everything is ready for the next group of clients.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Highly Desirable - Certificate in fitness or any other health/fitness-related certifications/qualifications.


Experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related roles is a strong advantage.


Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation.


Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor.


Excellent communication skills—able to listen, empathize, and assist clients effectively.


Proactive and reliable with the ability to multitask and manage your time efficiently.


Passion for health and wellness with a willingness to learn about new treatments and technologies.


Ability to work independently and within a team.
