Machine Operators (Brisbane City)

We have an exciting prospect to join the Opal team as our site in Rocklea is currently looking for multiple Machine Operators to come onboard! The key focuses/ duties of this role include:
- Setting, running and maintaining converting machines
- Assisting on converting machines
- Achieve safety, quality and efficiency targets
- Meet food safety standards and ensure the work area is clean
- Reporting hazards, conducting inductions and training employees/casuals on relevant safety hazards
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities

- Experience within a similar industry would be highly regarded (but is not necessarily a requirement for the role)
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Be a reliable & adaptable individual with a desire to learn
