What you'll do
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and employees
- Champion a 5-star service experience across our Brisbane office
- Manage and maintain meeting spaces, bookings, and daily readiness
- Troubleshoot tech issues to keep meetings running smoothly
- Partner with facilities and security to maintain a safe workplace What you'll bring
- Exceptional customer service with a people-first mindset
- Strong communication with ability to adapt your approach based on the situation
- Confidence multitasking you stay calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and meeting room systems
- Experience in reception, hospitality or similar roles
- Availability to work Wednesday
- Friday 8AM
